About DailyFit Coach
DailyFit Coach is a wellness and performance app that helps you choose the right focus, training and recovery based on your energy, stress, sleep and workload. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, therapy service, or emergency support service.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Account information — your email address, created when you sign up.
- Check-in data — daily inputs you provide: energy level, stress level, sleep quality, mood, body feeling, workload, training preferences, focus goals and reflections.
- Usage data — basic app activity such as the number of AI coach messages sent per day.
- Subscription status — whether your account has an active Premium subscription.
We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe (see below).
How We Use Your Information
- To provide personalized AI coaching responses based on your check-in data.
- To authenticate your account and maintain your session.
- To track your Premium subscription status.
- To enforce daily usage limits for free-tier accounts.
- To respond to support inquiries.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Third-Party Services
Supabase
We use Supabase for user authentication and data storage. Your check-in data, profile and account information are stored in Supabase. Supabase is hosted in the EU or US depending on project configuration.
Stripe
Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe handles all payment card data. DailyFit Coach does not store your card number, CVC or expiry date. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing: stripe.com/privacy.
AI Provider
Your coach messages are sent to an AI provider (such as Anthropic) to generate responses. Messages include your daily context (energy, stress, sleep) but should not include unnecessary personal identifying information. We recommend not sharing sensitive personal details in chat messages.
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and data, contact us here.
Cookies and local storage
We use necessary cookies and browser localStorage to keep the app working — login, security, your language preference and locally saved app data. With your consent we also use analytics to understand product usage; analytics is off unless you accept it in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Security
We use industry-standard practices including HTTPS, Row Level Security in Supabase (each user can only access their own data), and secure token verification. No system is 100% secure; use a strong, unique password.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. To exercise these rights, reach out to us here.
