Terms of Service

DailyFit Coach is a wellness and performance app that provides general coaching guidance around energy management, focus, training and recovery. By using DailyFit Coach you agree to these Terms of Service.

DailyFit Coach is not a medical device, healthcare provider, therapy service or emergency support service. The app provides general wellness guidance only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or therapy.

Do not use DailyFit Coach to manage a medical condition, mental health crisis or emergency. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately (e.g. 112 or 911).

You are responsible for your own health decisions. DailyFit Coach does not guarantee any particular outcome.

Some features require a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Premium features require an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time via the Customer Portal accessible from your profile. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for details.

We may change pricing or available features with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from the app.
• Abuse, harass or harm other users or our systems.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication or billing mechanisms.
• Share your account credentials with others.

All content, branding and software in DailyFit Coach is owned by or licensed to us. Your personal data (check-ins, reflections, goals) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your data.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyFit Coach and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
